Should I use this page or the Request Proposal page?
Use the Request Proposal page if you are ready to send trip details, including destination, dates, venue, and estimated rooms. Use this contact page for general questions or if you are not sure where to start.
What should I include in my message?
Include your team name, sport, destination, travel dates, and the best way to reach you. If your question is about an active request, include any details that will help us find it quickly.
Can I ask questions before submitting a request?
Yes. If this is your first time coordinating team travel or you are still gathering details, send us a message and we can help you understand the next step.
Do you only help with hotels, or can you assist with other travel details?
Hotels and room blocks are the foundation, but we can help with more than that.
Depending on your trip, we can also assist with team dinner ideas, transportation options like group flights or a charter bus, local activities, and helpful resources for families. The goal is to make the entire trip easier—not just the hotel portion.
Who should contact TourneyBound Travel?
Coaches, team managers, parent volunteers, club administrators, tournament directors, and sports commissions can contact us about team travel support.
How far in advance should I submit a team travel request?
For the best hotel options and availability, we recommend submitting your team travel request as early as possible—ideally 3–6 months before your sports event. Popular tournament weekends can fill up quickly, especially for larger room blocks.
That said, if your trip is coming up sooner, you should still reach out. We can often help find options even on shorter timelines.
What if I don’t know my exact room count yet?
That’s completely normal. Most team managers don’t have exact numbers right away.
We can start the booking process with an estimated number of hotel rooms based on your roster size, number of families, and past travel experience. As your numbers become clearer, we can adjust the room block to better match your team’s needs.
Will parents book on their own or do I have to manage everything?
Once your hotel is selected and the room block is set up, families will book their own rooms using a shared team booking link.
You won’t need to collect payments, track reservations, or manage individual bookings. The goal is to give parents a simple, clear process while reducing the workload on the team manager.
Will families still earn hotel loyalty points when they book through the team link?
Yes. In most cases, families will still earn their hotel loyalty points and receive credit for their stay when booking through the team link.
Major programs like Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors typically allow guests to add their membership number at booking or at check-in.
We always recommend that families double-check their reservation details and add their loyalty number if it is not already included, so they receive all eligible points and benefits tied to their stay.
