Here's the part that surprises most people: TourneyBound is completely free to coaches, team managers, and families.
We don't charge a service fee. We don't mark up the hotel rate. We earn a commission directly from the hotel — the same way a traditional travel agent does — at absolutely no additional cost to your team. In fact, because we work with hotels on a regular basis and negotiate room blocks on behalf of multiple teams, we can often secure better rates than you'd get booking directly.

Meet the Founders
Blake has lived the team travel experience from just about every angle. As a soccer dad, hockey dad, and baseball dad, he's spent countless weekends on the road cheering for his kids. He served on the board of directors for a soccer club with over 700 athletes, where he saw firsthand how much time and energy goes into organizing travel at scale. As a team manager for his son's hockey team, he personally managed the hotel coordination, parent communications, and logistics that come with every tournament trip.
Tom has been coaching and playing hockey for years and has raised kids who play baseball, softball, hockey, lacrosse, and cheer. If there's a tournament somewhere in the Midwest, Tom has probably been to it. He knows what coaches and team managers go through when it comes to organizing travel — the late-night emails, the hotel that's 45 minutes from the venue, the room block that fills up before half the team books. Tom co-founded TourneyBound because he believed there had to be a better way. He was right.
